Refunds
I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges since each order is handmade and "made to order". I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
As I am a handmade, made to order shop - item blanks are ordered almost immediately, therefore cancellations are not permitted after submitted payment has been received. Thank you for understanding!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
All items are carefully inspected before they are sent out for delivery. In the rare event you receive an item that has a noticeable defect (to the garment or the design) please do not hesitate to message me with a photo and detailed description. Damage caused by the shipping carrier or improper washing/handling is not my responsibility. Defects are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and refunds are not guaranteed.
