Shipping policy
Made Worthy Designs is responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that I am no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the label is created and your package is collected by the shipping carrier. Please understand these variables are out of my control. If the order fails to deliver as you placed the wrong address during checkout you will be responsible for all shipping fees. Please be sure you have the correct shipping address. Made Worthy Designs is not responsible for the initial shipping fee.
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Where is my order? It says it's delivered, but I don't see it.
- 1 - Did you check with a neighbor? Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address by mistake. Please check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them first.
- 2 - At times, delivery services indicate an order is delivered, but is not. Please allow 48-72 hours for the package to arrive.
- 3 - Should a lost/damaged package occur - The next step is to open a claim with the shipping carrier.
**Made Worthy Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to have shipping inquires assessed/resolved.**

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now, I only ship to the United States. In the future I plan to expand the shipping.
